Recycle, Reduce, Reuse, is an ethical practice that might distract from our lovely egg label but it is important to us. We reuse only clean paper egg cartons and plop our label over the existing label.
Today I noticed that my half dozen eggs are boxed in cartons I cut in half which sport the phrase "12 eggs" on the original label. I don't worry that any customer of mine won't be able to tell the difference between one dozen eggs and six eggs.

The First Day
Today is the first day of the Emerald Aisle Farm Blog.
Today is the first day that we used the name Emerald Aisle Farm for this farm.
We sell seasonal farm products. Today we have a few eggs.
